Payment information can only be updated through your account page since we are unable to access or change your payment information for security reasons.
To change your payment method:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on 'Profile' and scroll down to your 'Payment Methods.' There, you can manage your payment method for future orders.
- Click 'Add Payment' or 'Edit' and simply add your information and press "Save".
If you keep multiple payment options on your account, you can designate the default payment method by clicking the associated button as well. If the default card declines after a reattempt, the system will use another valid card saved in your wallet as a backup to prevent service interruption.
Please note, if you have updated your card details following a failed payment and wish to proceed with your order using the updated information, please reach out to our team of hair specialist to verify and reprocess your order.
