There are a few ways you can change the addresses we have saved on file for you:
1. Log in to your account here and update it under 'Profile.' Once you click save, the information will be updated in our system immediately.
2. You can submit a request for an address change or shipping update and our support team will make the change for you.
Please keep in mind that if you change your address for a single order, you'll need to do it prior to that order being processed and shipped. To revert back to the old address, you'll need to go back in and change it back after the order is completed.
Additionally, if any order(s) identified as “PROCESSING” OR “SHIPPED” on your account page cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact Happy Head at least three (3) days before the next billing date to ensure successful changes. For more information, see our terms & conditions.
