As part of your continued care at Happy Head, all patients need to check in with us at least once per year. This is so your doctor can ensure that there are no changes to your medical history and/or medications, that would otherwise make it no longer safe for you to continue with your current Happy Head treatment. These check ins may also serve as a way for you to share your progress and ask questions from your doctor!
Once logged in to your account, you can navigate to my.happyhead.com/health-update to perform your yearly health check. This will ensure your prescription will continue on for the following year. This link can also be used at any time to update your health information.
