- Select your desired product from our website or click “Start Now.” here.

Complete the tele-health questionnaire.
- During this step, you’ll find a dedicated field where you can enter any special customization requests for your formula.
- Common customization options include adjusting the strength of active ingredients, requesting specific ingredients, or excluding ingredients due to sensitivities or allergies.

Place your order.
- Your assigned board-certified dermatologist will review your medical history and your customization requests to create the best formula for you.

Consultation:
- If you have additional questions or want to discuss your preferences further, you’ll have the opportunity to communicate directly with your dermatologist during your consultation.
- Once your prescription is confirmed, the pharmacy will compound your customized formula and ship it directly to your door.
