The way our process works:
1. Select a product from our Product Page and fill out our standard tele-health questionnaire. The medical questionnaire will ask you your age, gender, and medical information to pass on to the dermatologist.
2. After checkout (to complete your order), upload photos of your hair for the doctor's evaluation. You may be asked to upload a photo of your driver's license if further verification is required.
3. Your assigned board-certified dermatologist will reach out to you via email to confirm your prescription during your consultation and make any recommendations as necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to ask any questions you may have for your doctor.
4. The pharmacy will formulate your treatment and ship it straight to you!
