Happy Head is a subscription service that makes it easy by shipping your hair growth treatment(s) directly to you - cancellable at any time.
The easiest way to cancel your subscription is by giving us a call at (844)-962-4247. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM PST and weekends from 9 AM- PM PST. Otherwise, you can also submit the cancellation request via email at help@happyhead.com.
It's important to note that submitting a cancellation request will not cancel any existing orders. We are unable to reverse or stop an order from shipping once it is marked 'Processing' and has been submitted to the pharmacy. Learn more about terms and condition here.
