If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at www.happyhead.com/help/ or via text to 213-464-0214 within 7 days of delivery receipt of the product to enable us to research and replace any damaged product.
Make sure to include your order number, the email address associated with your Happy Head account, and attach a photo(s) of the damaged product below.
We'll happily send out a replacement at no cost to you ASAP! Please note that replacements are generally sent out within 1-2 business day via USPS Ground Advantage.
