The amount of time it takes for your order to be delivered to your door may vary depending if it's your first order with us or if it's one of your regularly scheduled renewals. The zip code the order is being shipped to will also affect the delivery time.
For new orders: Once your questionnaire is completed and your photos are submitted to the doctor, we expect orders to be shipped out within 2-3 business days.
For renewal orders: These are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days.
All of our orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days), so new orders shouldn't take longer than a week and a half for delivery. Recurring orders should be delivered within a 5-7 day period.
