We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you get a bottle from us and don’t like it (Rx only), you have 6 months to send it back*. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we can offer a complimentary reformulation pending the dermatologist’s recommendation, or provide a refund on a return of the newest bottle if you choose to cancel. The product will need to be returned to us in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of shipping the return, however it is a full refund otherwise.
Please note we do not accept returns for non-prescription items, including but not limited to shampoo, conditioner, hair serum, scalp dermaroller, 2% Minoxidil Topical Solution, USP (Women's Formula), 5% Minoxidil Topical Solution, USP (Men's Formula) and supplements.
